- Inspect the item thoroughly before accepting it
- Take photos or videos of the item's condition
- Return items on time and in the same condition as received
- Document any damage or issues immediately
For Item Owners
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your items
- Disclose any defects, damage, or special requirements
- Screen renters by reviewing their profiles and ratings

- Consider insurance coverage for valuable items
Red Flags to Watch For
- Requests to communicate or pay outside the OMU platform
